In the event your order is lost in transit or stolen, you will receive a full replacement of the items in your order at no additional charge. If the original items from your order are out of stock, you will receive a full refund or immediate store credit, whatever you prefer!

Please note: Proof of loss via tracking and/or additional information may be required for reimbursement of your order. Please contact us to submit a claim for a lost package. SS Order Protection does not cover shipping addresses that are put in incorrectly during checkout. These include if a customer has an old address saved to their customer account and has moved from that address. Please double check your shipping address before checking out or reach out to our customer service within 8 hours of your order being placed to correct any shipping address error made during checkout.
