How can I make a return?

We are happy to provide pre paid return labels for your return! These Easy Labels are free for all customers wanting to make an exchange or receive their refund via store credit. An $10.00 Easy Label fee will be kept from your refund for all other returns.


The style/size I want is sold out, will you be restocking?

Styles can sell out quickly! However, we try to restock as many sold out styles/sizes as possible. The best thing to do is sign up for a restock notification on the product page. You will get notified as soon as the style you are wanting is restocked!

Do I have to mail my return back or can I bring it in person to your storefront?

When will I get my order?

Domestic orders that have selected the standard shipping rate will typically arrive between 4-8 business days, and international orders between 14-21 business days. Express shipping is typically 2-3 business days for delivery. Please note, these are estimated delivery times. Some orders may arrive earlier or after these expected times. 

What if my order is stuck in transit or lost in the mail?

Our company policy is that we cannot send out a replacement order or issue a refund or store credit for lost, missing, or stolen packages if Shop Stevie Order Protection was not purchased as part of the order and at least 20 days have passed since the original shipment date. Often, the package shows up within this time period. 

We also recommend checking with your local post office or postal service worker. Once 20 days (or 45 business days for international orders) have passed, please contact our customer service team at

My order says it was delivered but it hasn't arrived, what do I do now?

We use USPS and DHL to deliver our packages. Domestic orders usually take around 4-7 business days to be delivered once shipped and international orders can take around 10-15 business days, depending on the location.

Domestic orders are not determined lost until 20 days post shipment and international orders are not determined lost until 45 business days post shipment.

If your tracking number indicates that the package was "DELIVERED" but you have not received the package, please be patient. Some service providers scan the package as it enters their truck, others scan the package as it enters the mailbox. We recommend checking with neighbors, your postal service provider, and your local post office to see if the package was misplaced. If after those 20 days (or 45 days for international orders), you still have not received the package, please let us know and we'll be sure to take care of you right away!
