An item may be returned for a refund or exchange up to 21 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in the original, unused and unworn condition as shipped to the customer. A refund will be issued to the card you used when placing your order. Refunds usually take to 5-10 business days to hit your account. Items received after 21 days will be refunded via store credit.

Original condition of the item wanting to be returned:  Any item received back for a return that is not in the original unused and unworn condition will not be refunded. Items with make up stains, pet hair, perfume or other strong odor are a few examples of items that cannot be refunded, even for a store credit.

Please include the email you used when you placed the order with all returns. If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know what size you would like to exchange for on the packing slip that was shipped with your order.

All returns can be sent to the return address on the shipping label or the address on the insert card.

COVID - 19 UPDATE: For the safety of our customers and staff, all face masks sold on are final sale. 

Please note: If a gift card is used to pay for some or all of the order, the refunded amount will go back to the gift card first. Any remaining funds will go to the second form of payment used on the order, so long as the item is returned within 21 days. Again, any items received after 21 days will be refunded via store credit regardless of the form of payment used on the order.


Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has arrived damaged. All refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be reimbursed for the purchase, including shipping fees.

Arrival Time

After you place an order it will be processed within 6 hours unless your order is placed after 5PM MST, or on a non-business day (weekends and holidays). In that case your order will be processed the following business day. Domestic orders arrive between 5-10 business days, and international orders between 14-21 business days.

Shop Stevie is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered.
