An item may be returned for a refund or exchange up to 21 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in the original, unused and unworn condition as shipped to the customer with the original tags still on the item. Refunds will be issued to the card you used when placing your order. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to go back to your account. Items received after 21 days, or without the original tag or with signs of wear will be refunded via store credit. 

 

Shop Stevie is happy to provide easy return labels for your return! These Easy Labels are free for all customers wanting to receive their refund via store credit or make an exchange! A $10.00 Easy Label fee will be kept from your refund for all other returns. Returns can also be dropped off at our store front (517 E 1600 N Vineyard, UT 84059). You do not need to use our Easy Label service for this kind of return.

Original condition of the item wanting to be returned:  Any item received back for a return that is not in the original unused and unworn condition with the original tags still on the item will not be refunded and can will be only refunded via store credit. Items with make up stains, pet hair, perfume or other strong odor are a few examples of items that cannot be refunded at all, even for a store credit. 

Customers can still send returns without our Easy Label service. Please include your packing slip, the reason why you are making a return, and if you would like your refund via store credit or not. If you would like to exchange for a different size, please include the new size you are wanting.

**Please note** Any return received after 3 months of the purchase date will not be eligible for store credit. 

Note: Local pick-up orders can be returned within 30 days of when you receive a notification that your order is ready for pick up. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS: Sale items and discounted orders can be returned for a refund or store credit unless it is specifically stated in the product description as a "Final Sale Item". Please make note of this in the product description of items placed on sale before purchasing.

**Please note**: If a gift card is used to pay for some or all of the order, the refunded amount will go back to the gift card first. Any remaining funds will go to the second form of payment used on the order, so long as the item is returned within 21 days. Again, any items received after 21 days will be refunded via store credit regardless of the form of payment used on the order.

Fair Use Policy on Returns

If we notice an unusual pattern of purchasing and returns activity and/or we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them; ordering and returning very frequently or in large loads- we may deactivate your customer account and deny future purchasing (both online and in person). Customers will be warned by our customer service team if they are breaking this fair use policy before their account is deactivated. Any future orders placed by a customer who has broken this fair use and returns policy will be final sale. 

Shipping

Shipping and handling charges on your order are non-refundable. If you do not use our Easy Label return service the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be reimbursed for the purchase, including shipping fees.

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be made.

Our company policy is that we cannot send out a replacement order or issue a refund or store credit for lost, missing, or stolen packages if Shop Stevie Order Protection was not purchased as part of the order and at least 20 days have passed since the original shipment date. Often, the package shows up within this time period. 

We also recommend checking with your local post office or postal service worker. Once 20 days (or 45 business days for international orders) have passed, please contact our customer service team at contact@shopstevie.com.

Arrival Time

Domestic orders that have selected the standard shipping rate will typically arrive between 4-8 business days, and international orders between 14-21 business days. Express shipping is typically 2-3 business days for delivery. Please note, these are estimated delivery times. Some orders may arrive earlier or after these expected times. 

Shop Stevie is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the tracking information shows delivered.

Local Pick Up

Orders that selected this shipping method at checkout are normally ready for pick up at our warehouse location within 24-48 hours of your purchase. However, that is not guaranteed. Please wait until you receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been fulfilled and is ready to be picked up. 

Shop Stevie Order Protection

Shop Stevie offers order protection on all orders for an additional $1.50. You can add this to your final purchase during checkout. 

In the event your order is lost in transit or stolen, and you purchased the Shop Stevie Order Protection with your order, you will receive a full replacement of the items in your order at no additional charge. If the original items from your order are out of stock, you will receive a refund or immediate store credit, whichever you prefer!

Please note: Proof of loss via tracking and/or additional information may be required for reimbursement of your order. Please contact us to submit a claim* for a lost package.

*Customers must reach out via email to submit a claim. A claim for issues with packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 3 days and before 14 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages that are presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 business days (20 for international packages) of the last tracking checkpoint and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Sale Items

Sale items can be returned with our regular return policy unless otherwise specified as "final sale" in the product description. Please note, if an item was bought at full price prior to a promotion or sale of the item, we do not offer a retroactive refund of the difference of the new sale price. This includes all promotions, including all Black Friday sale items.
